This is a quick follow-up to my last post about Broadway musicals being taped live and then screened at movie theaters across the country. After MEMPHIS‘s recent debut on silver screens nationwide, an article in The Denver Post predicts this may become a trend, but questions if this is such a good idea for the National Tours and local venues “when the movie cost $20, and seeing any musical live can run six times higher.”
